A former collegiate rugby player with a passion for education, fitness, and personal growth, I believe in making wellness accessible to everyone, no matter their background.
With a strong foundation in Psychology and Neuroscience, I bring a research-driven approach to mental and physical well-being. My MBA from Northern Kentucky University further sharpens my analytical and leadership skills, allowing me to empower others in reaching their goals.
As an ACSM-certified Personal Trainer with CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications, safety and holistic health are at the core of my work. Beyond fitness, I am deeply committed to lifelong learning and believe that everyone has something valuable to share.
Being diagnosed as bipolar has been a defining part of my journey, teaching me resilience, self-awareness, and the power of perseverance. My mission is to help others push beyond their limits and shape a future they are proud of—because success is a journey we take together.
